IOSS is an EU scheme that allows companies like us to collect and pay all applicable VAT and duties at checkout, rather than leaving you to deal with customs on delivery.

In simple terms: when you place your order on one of our artist shops, the final price you see includes all taxes and duties.

This means:

Why We Chose to Pay Duties on All EU Orders

IOSS only applies to orders under €150. Anything above that required duties to be paid by the recipient on delivery - which often caused frustration, delays, and confusion.

To remove that stress, we made the decision to pre-pay duties on all EU orders, regardless of the value.

This means that whether you spend €20 or €200, everything is handled by us in advance.

We work with our courier partners to ensure each parcel is shipped Duties Paid (DDP) — so you can sit back and enjoy your artwork without worrying about paperwork or extra costs.
